Set-up charges:

If the design is not altered, then set-up charges are incurred for the applied logo only. The design colors may be changed to match those in the logo without additional set-up charges as long as the original number of colors remains the same. Additional set-up charges are applied when the design is changed; one for each color that is altered from the original template.

After the first color, running charges are applied for each additional color.

Running charges:

After the first color, running charges are applied for each additional color.

Examples:

1) Design #204- The customer is applying a 3 color logo to the provided imprint area and changing the existing colors in the design to match 2 of them. There are 3 colors being printed, so there are 3 set-up charges incurred. 2 run charges are incurred.

2) Design #201- The customer is applying a 4 color logo to imprint area 1 and changing the color of the design to match. 4 set-up charges are incurred for the 4 colors being printed. 3 run charges are incurred .

3) Design #109- The customer is applying a 3 color logo to the imprint area and changing the colors of the stripes to match. They are also changing the silhouettes in the large stripe to outlines of their logo. 3 set-up charges are incurred for the 3 colors. 2 running charges are incurred.

4) Design #401- The customer is reversing their logo out of the provided imprint area. No additional colors are being added. 1 set-up charge is incurred for the change to the structure of the design.

5) Design #105- The customer is applying a logo to the provided imprint area. No additional colors are being added. 1 set-up charge is incurred for the addition of the logo. 3 run charges are incurred.
